Boy, this church newsletter caused me some problems! Jeremiah published this Hamas editorial and I heard no end of grief. Of course, no one in the real world knows I read it and empathize!

This is from my trip to Kenya in ‘96 where I supported my cousin Raila Odinga. He was also running for office. He’s a great guy who wants to bring order back to the country (I know so because he signed this “Memorandum of Understanding” to bring Taliban-style Sharia law to Kenya)!

Barack “Community Organizer” Obama needs his pacifier… pronto!

Oh boy, I guess Barack “Community Organizer” Obama has to whine after being knocked out by Sarah Palin last night… To describe the following whine as pathetic would be an understatement.

This is work I did three [sic] years ago They haven’t talked about the fact that I was a civil rights lawyer. They haven’t talked about the fact that I taught constitutional law. They haven’t talked about my work in the state legislature or the United States Senate. They’re talking about the three years of work that I did right out of college, as if I’m making the leap from 2 or 3 years out of college into the presidency.

Is it just me, or has Obama himself been talking about his stint as a Community Organizer ? Secondly, why the heck is he whining at being called a ComOrg (yup Slang for you know what…)?, when he alluded to the fact that Palin was nothing but a Mayor not too long ago?

BO: Well, you know, my understanding is that, uh, Governor Palin’s town of Wasilly [sic] has, uh, 50 employees, uh, uh, we’ve got 2500, uh, in this campaign. I think their budget is maybe $12 million a year. Uh, uh, we have a budget of about three times that just for the month. Uh, so I think that, uh, our ability to manage large systems, uh, and to, uh, execute, uh, I think has been made clear over the last couple of years. Uh, and certainly, in terms of, uh, the legislation that I’ve passed just dealing with this issue post-Katrina, uh, of how we handle emergency management. The fact that, uh, many of my recommendations were adopted and are being put in place, uh, as we speak indicates to extent to which we can provide the kinds of support and good service that the American people expect.

I don’t know about you , but I think Obama produces enough fertilizer to cover 500 acres of farmland.
