		<description>I am confused by this.  $100 billion (which we don&#039;t have), part of which will go to China?  So we borrow money from China, to loan money to the IMF, to give to China??  If China has enough money to keep buying our Treasury bonds . . . . well, I think you can see why I am puzzled.</description>
