Where was his security staff??? Unless of course, Obama did not care and was okay for him accepting Anti American litarature from a marxist dictator. Obama just met his equal. Two of a kind. Any US president, SOS, embasador or senator might have just stay away from this mas as possible. But Obama smiled and accepted that hideous book. Galeano has several good points there like when he writes that now the rest of AMERICA can't no longer claim that name. But he also has tons of Anti US propaganda and false theories and misguiding historical facts. Obama should have burn that book for the cameras.
