At times I feel like it's just me against the world...

I know, it is amazing to watch and individual that has done nothing in his life try to run the country. The problem is he is attempting to change the country in his own image. Jimmy Carter is the other president who talks about every other president since him in a negative light. There is silent code of conduct that presidents follow that requires them to keep mum on the other. Jimmy don’t follow that protocol and neither does The big O / There is a level of professionalism in a white house and it’s administration and unfortunately this one has set the bar very low… We cannot expect much better.

Che Obama knows his anti American diatribe is a hit in Europe. He forgets about Latin American republics that could give those Europeans a course of freedom fighting: Simon Bolivar, Jose Marti, Benito Juarez among other patriots that fought for the republic, God and country. For Obama everything is hype, secularism and a false mesianism. But what a racist like Obama can remember Latin America for other than buying Latino votes? Obama criticizes the USA for not speaking other language, yet he can’t even say a word in Spanish. This racist elitist sexist closet muslim should learn a lesson from Jeb Bush.

1, 342 days remaining! Hang in there !!

  • Iceman32_89

First off I find it amusing that you,Melo of all people would call him a racist.I actually had to shake my head at that one.
Now if you’ve actually heard the speech or read it you will know that Obama laid the blame on the strained relationship between Europe and the United States on both side.I know alot of people don’t like hearing the truth but I don’t think it takes away from the fact that America is the greatest country in the world and is one of the great leaders that other countries look to which Obama also expressed. The previous administrations “you’re either with us or against us attitude” rubbed alot of people the wrong way and isn’t a good tactic in trying to win cooperation around the world.I think Obama did a good job of expressig that Al-Qaida is as much a threat to them as it is to us.I think it might be working. Some of Europe is starting to soften up.We’ll see how long it lasts lol

Talking to the enemy isn’t a bad thing and appears to be getting traction. The Taliban for instance have at least allowed the women in the areas that they control to go back to school as well as some other moderate ideas,Russia is willing to talk about doing something about Iran.Going to Iraq has sidetracked our mission and that was to take out Al-Qaida and kill Bin Laden which has not happened allowing him and his cohorts to plot other attacks against innocent people.I’m was struck with the video at the G-20 of when they went to pose for their group picture and there were handshakes and hugs all around and the thumbs up given and I contrast that with the last summit Bush went to and none leaders wanted to shake his hand or even look at him.Seems to me that 20 of the most influential heads of state have taken a liking to Obama’s style and that means we all just may benefit.

  • Sparky

Iceman if you feel that much of a tingle up your leg everytime he speaks – then you are oblivious to the fact that he says one thing and does something entirely differnt. If he is that concerned with Al Qaida and terrorist why in the world did he give $900M to Hamas another terrorist group.

    Get a grip.

    Iceman32_89

You really haven’t learned anything from history. We all know, and the Europeans know that president Bush was a lame duck president right after Katrina hit New Orleans. Who wants to shake the hand of a president that mishandled a national crisis and whose approval ratings went from 90 to 30? Make no mistake, Bush approval ratings plummeting was not because of Iraq or GITMO, or not getting Bin Laden , it was because Katrina. Bush was able to free two nations but was not able to save the lives and welfare of a thousands of Americans.

If you don’t know, Obama’s approval in Europe went to the roof as candidate, now as president his approval is going down. Europeans don’t want America to spend like it is no tomorrow. They are scared because the balance of power in Europe and Asia is compromised by Obama economic plan!!!

    Please
    Iceman32_89

    Read some history books

We are still in the new president’s honeymoon. But this honeymoon will end the very moment N. Korea launches that intercontinental missile.

A nation that can launch a missile to the stratosphere is able to be part of the balance of power. Reagan would shot that thing down without thinking it twice!

Obama has crossed the line insulting his own country in foreign soil for approval seeking reasons. Obama is a traitor because he is selling his own country for foreign approval. NO ONE will benefit from these insults. Only America’s and Israel enemies will profit (HAMAS, ALQUDA, AL JAZERRA, etc, etc).

You need to stop worshipping this inept socialist president and get with the program!

  • Iceman32_89

lol..both of you guys need to read more than just this blog. It’s starting to show that you enjoy the kool aid that puma pundit is feeding you.

To answer your question Sparky the money is not going to Hamas.Just as the previous administration did,the money is going through nongovernmental organizations and U.N.Bush administration did the same thing so I guess that means they supported terrorism right?

Melo I don’t know what to say.I’m flabergasted that you would think that Europe cares how our president responds to a crisis that happens in this country.Katrina was horrible and the president was inept in dealing with it but I’m confident that that had no bearing on the way he was treated at that summit. It was definately the bullying and the mistrus he created around the world. No where in that speech Obama gave in France is negative towards the previous administartion. No where in that speech did he disagree with the decision to go into Iraq. All he stated which was the truth is that we got sidetracked in destroying Al-Qaida and bringing Bin Laden to justice.I don’t think you’ll find anyone who will state that Afghanistan is going great and that every things is going according to plan. The whole point of the speech was to ask for help in Afghanistan to root out the terrorists because they are just as much a threat to Europeans as they are to America.

  • Carmelo Junior

    Iceman32_89

Come on! These Europeans know more about America than their own country!!! English is the second most spoken language in any European country. They follow our politics, our crisis, our sports, our economy, our politicians, our entertainers…everything!!!! Make no mistake, Europe knew about Katrina before those folks of new Orleans decided to stay home waiting for the best.

About American money to HAMAS, you are confused right there mister! The Bush administration never gave US dollars to HAMAS. The transfer of funds and help was thru other means for infraestructure. The Obama administration is sending US tax payers’ money direct to HAMAS leaders’ hands. The UN is just a cover and the amount of money to “help gaza strip” is enormous compared to what the Bush administration sent over there. The BAdmin considered HAMAS a group sponsor of terrorism. The OAdmin considers HAMAS a legitimate representation of the Palestinians. HAMAS has caused death and distruction in Israel, getting weapons from Syria and Iran. Man, you need to wake up. The reality train is going to run you over!

  • Iceman32_89

Wait wait wait..I know the Bush Administration never gave money to Hamas.I only pointed out that the Obama Administration is using the same funnels as the Bush Administration to get the money to where it needs to go and as Secretary Clinton has stated the United States has no intentions of letting Hamas get any part of this money. As I asked on another post,is the nearly 3 billion that was pledged by about 10 other nations also going towards Hamas?I find it unlikely.

Would someone tell Maobama he can STOP campaigning against Bush..gezzzz…he goes to Europe and insults our country..notice I didn’t say “his” country for I truly believe his views mirror those of Jeremiah Wright…Europeans would love to sit in his church and listen to him say GD America and btw…didn’t “America’s a Mean Country” Michelle Maobama look like crap when she went to Downing Street

  • Sparky

Let’s back track here Vanilla Ice – what about the $12 Trillion that Barry has spend in his first 60 days – YES – $12 Trillion – the media is only discussing $3T – but they haven’t looked at all the committed monies.

What do you think this moron is going to spend in the next 3 years – Geez – even China is calling this guy an idiot and frankly so are all of our known enemies.

Seriously – what is it that you don’t see?

  • PotholesInMyLawn

I wonder what the rest of his statement said… I’m pretty sure it was hate for America. This guy hates America. This Guy Hates Bush. This Guy Hates Palin. One day he will go away. The Whitehouse is no place for a guy like this.

I was watching Fox news and the are saying that he should not have done what he did. This guy talked about America in a bad light.

I wonder if this guy stole the election…?

He let the DPRK fire a missile at America. To me that means war. We should be rolling troops into North Korea… Not talking nice with the UN (Usless Noise makers).

This guy is no friend of Israel or America…

He is flying around in his private jet wasting my money. I wonder if he will take a 1 cent salary??? Or pay us back for all is little trips?

    This guy is a clown!

  • Iceman32_89

ummm yeah 12 Trillion is a lot I’ve got no argument there

  • obama_supporter

PUMA Pundit, no wonder you have built a reputation as someone who speaks only in half-truths. This time, you decided to warp Obama’s statements by cropping them in MID-SENTENCE.

For those interested, here is the rest of the quote:

“… but in Europe, there is an anti-Americanism that is at once casual but can also be insidious. Instead of recognizing the good that America so often does in the world, there have been times where Europeans choose to blame America for much of what’s bad.”

Does that sound like a surrender? Come on people, this level of misrepresentation is beyond ridiculous. If you’re going to make an attempt at rational thought, at least get your facts straight.

  • Sparky

Let’s see here Obama_toesucker….I guess Barry is just an innocent guy.

I guess you agree with him bowing deeply to the Saudi King-Please! I guess I would humble myself as well if someone set me through college and paved the path as the Manchurian Candidate for the U.S.

He did not go visit Normandy while in France. He called Americans Arrogant and basically walked around with a tail between his leg through his European “campaign” tour.

He’s spending our money likes there is no tomorrow. He is talking about a global economy and disarming the United States.

If you are a supporter – you must have Kool-aid coming out of your pores by now.

  • msivled

How convenient for you to leave out the rest of his comments:

“…But in Europe, there is an anti-Americanism that is at once casual, but can also be insidious. Instead of recognizing the good that America so often does in the world, there have been times where Europeans chose to blame America for much of what’s bad….”

“…On both sides of the Atlantic, these attitudes have become all too common. They are not wise. They do not represent the truth…”

Shame on him for speaking reality. Learn to tell both sides of the story little puma.

  • Happydaysarehereagain

    Sparky,

I have been stopping by to see how the inmates in the WE HATE OBAMA ASYLUM are doing. I haven’t posted in a while so I just wanted to ask a few questions:

Why does it appear that you can’t respond to comments in an adult-like fashion? Why do you have to resort to the childish antics of name calling? Were you taught these skills as a child or did you learn them on your own? Do you believe that this advances your argument in some form or fashion?

Your hyperbolic rants show you to be short on facts and long on half-truths and opinion. We know you hate Obama and America. We know you hate men in general. We know you HATE those who don’t agree with you. What we don’t know is why you hate so much. Do you need a hug, a nap, or a little gold star?

Your paranoia and delusion would be funny if we thought you weren’t serious. Case in point:

“He’s spending our money likes there is no tomorrow. He is talking about a global economy and disarming the United States.”

GWB spent mucho dinero, left us in a ditch (wars) and Ronald Reagan started disarmament talks with Gorby. He even proposed that both sides begin to disarm. Yet, in your haste to brand Obama as evil you twist the facts to say he is disarming the U.S. You are so disingenuous and hypocrtical it’s funny. Your blind hatred for Obama has led you and others to make wild, fanciful statements which don’t bear scrutiny. Oh well, if that’s what makes you feel good, so be it.

  • mbander

    HappyDays -

I realize your comments were directed towards Sparky so forgive me inserting myself here, but we all HATED the spending that went on during the last administration. Obama won a lot of votes by promising he would restore “fiscal sanity”, making tough decisions on cutting entitlements and government programs that are not effective, getting rid of special interest spending, etc., etc., etc.

Bush set a record with a 2009 deficit of $565 BILLION. Obama’s budget deficit will more than double that. We don’t even talk in billions anymore – with P-BO it’s trillions now. So I know you don’t want to take the word of the people in the “WE HATE OBAMA ASYLUM” but even the Congressional Budget Office has noted that this budget is unsustainable, that it will expand the debt by $9.3 trillion over the next 10 years – equal to the amount of debt run up by Bush AND EVERY OTHER PRESIDENT SINCE WASHINGTON. It is estimated that the interest alone will be close to a TRILLION dollars a year.

Jeez if China thinks were ruining our own economy, European leaders believe it is folly, the President of the EU called it a “road to hell”, just maybe there is something more to it, than the opinion of the Obama haters.

Oh and the CBO also noted the 1.3 trillion in tax increases, which we will ALL be paying. (With any luck the cap and trade rape of the Americans will be kept out of the budget) But I guess to people who are so enamored with him, it’s all about who signs the check. If it’s Bush leading us down a path to socialism and running a deficit, it is very concerning. If Obama puts a jetpack on us on the way to socialism, and spends like has never been seen before, well it’s pure genius. So maybe your own blind love for Obama has clouded your judgement a tad.

Unfortunately this really is the change you can believe in.
