The global warming hoax (notice they have had to take WARMING out of the title since global temperatures are not increasing) was always about the transfer of wealth and NEVER about stopping any warming. So I wonder if the UN, who most certainly had their eye on OUR money, is peeved that Obama and Congress has squandered it all by passing it out to cronies, losers and deadbeats.
