You seem to be suffer from a short memory. You see, corporate welfare, tax breaks to big biz, and giving HUGE contracts (to be paid for by taxpayers) to Halliburton IS SCOALISM. The very idea of being taxed for hospitals, roads, schools and public safety is a form of Socialism. Captialism can only be free of any vestiges of Socialism if there exists a totally unregulated free enterprise system. I don’t think after the crap we have been through, that many people want to see unregulated markets. Do you?

You can’t pick and choose which aspects of Socialism you like. even trying to phrase it in a manner such as Socialsim or not defies logic. What is the alternative? I love when you come to a debate without facts, alternatives, and positive ideas. It makes your argument as tranparent as can be.

Try this, separate your hatred for Obama from your argument. Ask yourself what are his options? Ask yourself, is he doing what the nation needs? IS he doing this out of desire to spend billions or is he doing it becuase the arse you vote for put us in this mess?

I applaud your efforts to express your opinions. To resort to name calling makes you appear to be histerical, paranoid, and possibly dangerous. It WILL make others think you are either fanatical or delusional. I guess when the talking points dry up…so does your argument.

The Militias have grown – don’t be naive. Open your eyes and try to be open-minded on what is going on around this country – not locally – or just in your “backyard” as you stated but across the board.

Do you truly believe Barry is doing a great job – with his appointees, with his promises, with his Change?

SPEECH-you can’t yell fire in a crowded theatre (unless there is a fire). You can’t make threats against the prez.

Let’s face it: (1)If you are a law abiding citizen, you rarely if ever have any problems with the govt. regarding your gun. That is a fact. (2) Assualt weapons are not what Officer friendly wants to face on his night-shift! (3) At times, the ultra PRO-Gun lobbyists and their followers sound just as paranoid as those who wish to see abortion rights continued. Both of these fringe groups have their followers who believe that ANY limitation of thier “RIGHTS” is an incremental push towarsds eliminating that right. These groups are different sides of the same coin.

I am for gun rights. I just don’t think assault weapons have any redeeming qualities. Ask yourself these questions:

-Will the world still turn w/o assault weapons?
-Will my family be any more/less safer if there were no assault weapons?
-Will hunting cease to exist if assault weapons were banned?
-Will the cities fall into civil war over assualt weapons?

The FRINGE groups always try to tie “rights” to being “Pro-America”, just keep in mind the phrase “Everything in moderation.” It’s good for you and your sanity!

WHY do you see the need to ask me “are you that beyond stupid”? Does that in anyway advance your argument? I don’t think so. however, if it makes you feel better, so be it.

I do believe RATIONAL people can agree to disagree without stooping to such low levels.
