Might refer to the deliberately goal of obtaining public approval, while trying to stimulate the economy. Yes, but how much of those billions of dollars are actually going to the WALMART, the K-MART, the CHEVROLETS, the FORDS, etc? Stimulus sounds like what it actually is: a stimulus. You can give stimulus on one side of the body while the other side is not feeling anything. 850 billions sound good, if at least 80% of that ends in real revenue! Obama is using the same Bush tactics but instead of national security he is doing it on the economy. Smart guy! Alas!
