The drama coming out of Chicago continues… Seems Rezko requested a postponement of his sentencing date, and the judge agreed.
Why did he request a postponement? Probably so he could sing some more. So far, Rod Blagojevich is being serenaded by Rezko’s tune, I doubt if Barack Obama is far off…
A federal judge has indefinitely postponed the Jan. 6 sentencing for Tony Rezko, the prominent political fund-raiser and former adviser to Gov. Blagojevich.
The move this morning came after Rezko lawyers asked U.S. District Judge Amy St. Eve last week to throw out the sentencing date.
