I MUST say something about this comment. Kate, in Steinbeck’s East of Eden, burned down her own house with her parents in it, ridiculed, mocked and nearly destroyed her husband, abandoned her two newborn babies, and tried to rob and swindle every person she met. She was only “caring” to one person at the end, her boss, so she could poison her and take over the business. Please READ before you post. I don’t care how much of an Obama hater you are, you cannot intelligently make a comparison like that.
I am never coming to this site again, so don’t bother shooting back another illiterate reply.
And anyway, if McCain wins, none of you all will get to read Steinbeck anyway, Sarah Palin banned his books from the Wascilla library. I know, lets give her Dick Cheney’s job and see how many more of our rights that she can violate.

Well folks, the day of reckoning is almost here. Are we up for it? Are we going to the polls in droves? Do you REALLY think there are plenty of PUMAs who will vote for McCain?

I’m a McCain-Palin supporter (non-PUMA) and I want to thank you all very much for supporting John McCain. For the good of this country, we cannot let Obama win. I have no idea which way it will go and I don’t even have a gut feeling. I keep telling myself that Americans are smarter than to elect Obama. There may be a large number of zealots out there who will vote for him and they’re quite vocal of course (count in the media). But I have faith in the American people and I believe they’ll do the right thing.

My little grandma told me long ago that the government prefers its citizens to be uneducated and unaware. She told me to always be aware of that and never fall victim to it. She lived through the Depression and worked hard all her life. A couple weeks ago I found myself thinking “I’m glad Grandma isn’t here to see what might happen to this country.” That made me so sad, but that’s the way I feel. The poor soul just couldn’t have taken it.

Well folks, let’s stand up and FIGHT! Let’s continue to do all we can between now and election day and most importantly, let’s vote for McCain for the preservation of our country.
