1. Call your governor (or the highest Republican official) and tell them you are angry about the ACORN stories and they better make sure your vote is counted and that the process is fair for your state/district
2. Send this not just to your friends, but your conservative radio stations, tv stations, columnists, etc. (they hopefully will post it on their blogs and whoever reads it will follow suit – and before I get shit about that statement, remember, we are working to elect a technically ‘Republican’ candidate so they naturally will be the people to appeal to)
3. VOLUNTEER YOUR TIME FOR THE MCCAIN CAMPAIGN!!!!! I CAN’T stress that enough. Every militant BO supporter is going to do it, and I’ve said they are guerillas, and we need to take the same tactic. It is NOT enough to just tell our friends, etc., we need to tell EVERYONE we can. We need as broad a scope as possible.
4. Pray for the country! (atheists and agnostics can use your ‘reason’ mind to transmit the energy to the cause)

This is a very serious time. The American economy does best when there is a balance of the parties, such that the executive is of a different party than the legislative. That will not be so if BO gets elected, and there will be NO check on him/them if they lose more seats to Democrats.

We’ve seen how HIS ‘spread the wealth’ comments are being used against him, we need to use every one of his organizational tactics against him too! I do have faith PUMA’s, that we CAN defeat him. The polls are tightening, and the market is in the green. But we must fight fire with fire! They may hate America, but we don’t, and we must be willing to do what we can to avoid a potential Socialist revolution.

Not to start off on a Hillary tangent because, right now, she’s only making herself less and less relevant to this race.

But, right now, she’s not helping herself with the Dem “Base” because those in control of the party don’t like her and will never help her. Leading cheers for Obama now, which she obviously doesn’t mean, is only making her look worse and worse.

I feel so disappointed since people seem to lose their right sense for judging things: the truth is Obama can say and do anything to be elected, however he attacked McCain using this point. She not only said what she said, but in his rallies, he said he was ‘embarrassed’ that when Europeans come here they speak their native language as well as English, but ‘all we know how to say’ to the French for instance, ‘is Merci beaucoup’. Where is the MSM on this? Yes, we should be bilingual, even trilingual, but for the future president to have said that in America, is unacceptable, and these are just some of the reasons why I don’t think he should be president. I’m sure how anyone of you could have called yourselves “Hillary supporters” because your rhetoric is so anti-Hillary, at least the Hillary I love and respect (I think she lost some of her moral clout in the primary race). I’m not sure if I should even engage in discourse with PUMA as there seem to be very little (I’m being very charitable here) intellectual or moral substance in the commentaries I’ve read.

Hello. I’ve heard a lot about PUMA and really tried to wrap my head around the mission of this organization but I find it really challenging. In reading a number of the posts on this site I was really struck by the anger and nastiness of the anti-obama sentiment. I was sort of distheartened, really — it makes me think that PUMA is simply a vehicle for angry people to incite other angry people. I don’t really get the sense that there’s more of an agenda than to attack obama, which might be the case: you tell me. it seems like you’re buying into the republican attack rhetoric than voicing a pro-clinton message. I mean, it seems kind of weak and, frankly, pathetic.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I respect that and came to this site to try to understand your stance. maybe there’s stuff on the site I should read other than the comments, but I usually judge a community by the voice of the members rather than the leaders.

According to other readers on that site, that’s a MAJOR no-no. Could that be how he’s getting all the cash? Lord knows where it’s coming from!!! Readers on that site are sacrificing themselves and checking with their own credit cards. If it will accept any card without the security code, then why couldn’t someone enter random numbers hoping something sticks?

Ok, you’re ignoring his past ties with Acorn (like represented them as an attorney, trained them, they’re part of his “community organizer” line on his resume, funneled 10′s of thousands of dollars to them through the Annenberg Challenge and Woods Foundation, etc.) but the fact that he PAID them from his present campaign over $830,000 for “Get Out the Vote”, well, fankly I am stunned. How is that not connected?
