Is Obama A Friend To The Black Community? 3 Year Old Curtis Cooper, Dead Black Boy Would Say “No”…

Since Team Obama had decided to forcefully inject race into the Presidential election, how about we look at what part race played in the senseless death of little 3 year old Curtis Cooper, who happened to be… black.

Even though this happened over the summer and has already been reported elsewhere, I’ll do a quick recap. Let’s start with excerpts from an article the Boston Globe:

As a state senator, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee coauthored an Illinois law creating a new pool of tax credits for developers. As a US senator, he pressed for increased federal subsidies. And as a presidential candidate, he has campaigned on a promise to create an Affordable Housing Trust Fund that could give developers an estimated $500 million a year.

But a Globe review found that thousands of apartments across Chicago that had been built with local, state, and federal subsidies – including several hundred in Obama’s former district – deteriorated so completely that they were no longer habitable.

Grove Parc and several other prominent failures were developed and managed by Obama’s close friends and political supporters. Those people profited from the subsidies even as many of Obama’s constituents suffered. Tenants lost their homes; surrounding neighborhoods were blighted.

Some of the residents of Grove Parc say they are angry that Obama did not notice their plight. The development straddles the boundary of Obama’s state Senate district. Many of the tenants have been his constituents for more than a decade.

“No one should have to live like this, and no one did anything about it,” said Cynthia Ashley, who has lived at Grove Parc since 1994.

Hmmm, maybe it’s a coincidence that most of the people in Grove Parc are black? Interestingly, guess whose name comes up? Why? Tony Rezko of course:

Antoin “Tony” Rezko, perhaps the most important fund-raiser for Obama’s early political campaigns and a friend who helped the Obamas buy a home in 2005. Rezko’s company used subsidies to rehabilitate more than 1,000 apartments, mostly in and around Obama’s district, then refused to manage the units, leaving the buildings to decay to the point where many no longer were habitable.

Campaign finance records show that six prominent developers – including Jarrett, Davis, and Rezko – collectively contributed more than $175,000 to Obama’s campaigns over the last decade and raised hundreds of thousands more from other donors. Rezko alone raised at least $200,000, by Obama’s own accounting.

So that we are all on the same page, here is how it worked: Obama channeled government funds and subsidies to Rezko et. al to “rehabilitate” public housing in areas which were part of Obama’s constituency, Rezko et. al channeled campaign contributions to Obama. It seems everyone was happy except for the residents of the housing projects who were forced to live like animals, and who unfortunately happened to be overwhelmingly black.

But that’s not all, a little 3 year old black boy, named Curtis Cooper actually lost his life as a result of the game of smoke and mirrors Obama played with his campaign contributors developer buddies:

A 3-year-old Chicago boy was killed when a heavy iron gate fell on top of him.

It happened at Chicago’s Cabrini Green housing complex on the city’s North Side.

Witnesses say the 3-year-old had been riding his tricycle before the gate fell on him in part of a housing authority project in the 900-block of North Cambridge.

Residents say the young boy should be considered the victim of neglect. Essentially, they contend that it was a lack of upkeep and investment on the part of the Chicago Housing Authority and a management firm that led to this child’s death.

So next time someone comes up to you and says McCain and Palin are racists because they hate black people or some similar BS, please remind them about the tragic story of Curtis Cooper, a little black boy whose life was prematurely snuffed out because Obama put the financial interests of his “non-black” campaign contributors over the interests of his “black” constituents.

Incidentally, I wonder if thanks to ACORN, Curtis shall somehow be able to

This is for all DEMOCRATS, REPUBLICANS, INDEPENDENTS
and ANY OTHER POLITICAL GROUP, something very interesting to
read and think about. The story is from a person who has
definitely gone through CHANGE.

AN EDITORIAL TO THE ” RICHMOND TIMES
DISPATCH” by MANUEL ALVEREZ, JR.

EACH YEAR I GET TO CELEBRATE INDEPENDENCE DAY TWICE.
ON JUNE 30th, I CELEBRATE MYINDEPENDENCE DAY AND ON JULY
4th, I CELEBRATE AMERICA’S INDEPENDENCE .

THIS YEAR IS VERY SPECIAL TO ME BECAUSE I GET TO
CELEBRATE MY 40th YEAR OFINDEPENDENCE. ON JUNE 30, 1968, I
ESCAPED COMMUNIST CUBA AND FEW MONTHS LATER, I WAS IN THE
UNITED STATES TO STAY! THAT I HAPPENED TO ARRIVE IN
RICHMOND ON THANKSGIVING DAY IS JUST PART OF THE STORY, BUT
I DIGRESS.

I’VE THOUGHT A LOT ABOUT THE ANNIVERSARY THIS
YEAR. THE ELECTION YEAR RHETORIC HAS MADE ME THINK A LOT
ABOUT CUBA AND WHAT TRANSPIRED THERE.

IN THE LATE 1950′S, MOST CUBANS THOUGHT THAT CUBA
NEEDED A CHANGE, AND THEY WERE RIGHT.

SO WHEN A YOUNG LEADER CAME ALONG, EVERY CUBAN WAS AT
LEAST RECEPTIVE.

WHEN THE YOUNG LEADER SPOKE ELOQUENTLY AND
PASSIONATELY AND DENOUNCED THE OLD SYSTEM, THE PRESS FELL IN
LOVE WITH HIM.

THEY NEVER QUESTIONED WHO HIS FRIENDS WERE OR WHAT HE
REALLY BELIEVED IN.

WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD HELP THE FARMERS AND THE POOR
AND BRING FREE MEDICAL CARE AND EDUCATION TO ALL, EVERYONE
FOLLOWED.

WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BRING JUSTICE AND EQUALITY TO
ALL, EVERYONE SAID, “PRAISE THE LORD.”

AND WHEN THE YOUNG LEADER SAID, “I WILL BE FOR
CHANGE AND I’LL BRING YOU CHANGE,”

EVERYONE YELLED, “VIVA FIDEL!”

BUT NOBODY ASKED ABOUT THE CHANGE.

SO:

*BY THE TIME THE EXECUTIONER’S GUNS WENT SILENT,
THE PEOPLE’S GUNS HAD BEEN TAKEN AWAY.

*BY THE TIME EVERYONE WAS EQUAL, THEY WERE EQUALLY
POOR, HUNGRY, AND OPPRESSED.

*BY THE TIME EVERYONE RECEIVED THEIR FREE EDUCATION,
IT WAS WORTH NOTHING.

*BY THE TIME THE PRESS NOTICED, IT WAS TOO LATE,
BECAUSE THEY WERE NOW WORKING FOR HIM.

*BY THE TIME THE CHANGE WAS FINALLY IMPLEMENTED, CUBA
HAD BEEN KNOCKED DOWN A COUPLE OF NOTCHES TO A THIRD-WORLD
STATUS.

*BY THE TIME THE CHANGE WAS OVER, MORE THAN A MILLION
PEOPLE HAD TAKEN TO BOATS, RAFTS, AND INNER TUBES.

YOU CAN CALL THOSE WHO MADE IT ASHORE TO ANYWHERE
ELSE IN THE WORLD, THE MOST FORTUNATE CUBANS.

AND NOW I’M BACK TO THE BEGINNING OF MY STORY.

I HOPE THAT YOU WILL PAY ATTENTION.

LUCKILY, WE WOULD NEVER IN AMERICA, FALL FOR A YOUNG
LEADER WHO PROMISED CHANGE WITHOUT ASKING, “WHAT
CHANGE? HOW WILL YOU CARRY IT OUT? WHAT WILL IT COST
AMERICA?”

WOULD WE?

And Bernadine Dohrn went to Cuba to learn how to properly conduct a revolution.
I think this apparent attempt to overwhelm the “system” with all the phony registrations is a tactic that Charles Manson (Dohrn’s hero) called Helter Skelter,

BB – this is scary information – it’s out there – it’s like the Obama Trolls have turned into Zombies.

Sparky,
As upsetting as this is, I’m sooo glad you posted it. I’ve sent it to everyone I can, including news organizations. So unbelievable that people are hypnotized by this guy, and don’t even realize it. Like sheep to slaughter. I’m not ‘religious’, but I’ve been thinking lately that maybe I need to call a priest, as it seems like we might be in for the armageddon or something. I know it sounds extreme, but it really falls in line with things that have ‘been written’, and it really is scary.

I was referring to the Richmond Times article.

Understood boemery – you are a valuable asset to this group.

Stay strong. Pounce!

Sparky,
You inspire me! As do all of the other legitimate PUMA’s out there, and the trolls be damned, they need to get a life. We need to keep faith until the last vote is cast, that somewhere sanity will kick in. And of course, for the health of McCain. Cheney’s heart murmer today probably will kick in the dummy talk about McCain, but one look at his ancient mother tells me he’s here for a while. Anyway, keep up the good work PUMA’s, and remember, we need to be guerrillas, they are!
POUNCE POUNCE! PUMA POWER!
Say: No way, no how, NoBama08!
