Well i have to say, this entry is not bad at all. I came to see if Pumas were calling Obama a terrorist, Traitor and wanting him to be kill like Sarah Palin God fearing Christian supporters did at her rallies. One of their supporter made Racist comment to a Black camera man at one of these rallies. People we can disagree without wanting the other person dead or becoming Enemies. Obama has two young children and anyone that would want him dead should think about those children. I hope we can continue to have civil disagreement without taking it to the next level. At the end of the day we are all American and the world is watching.

Sparky, I don’t hate you i just like disagreeing with. I know it makes you mad lol

I’m really Glad Pumas are not involve in this.

Hill’s best chance to become President is to Elect McCain. If Obama gets elected, Hilliary will never get the nomination in 2012, in other words she won’t get another shot until 2016.

If elected McCain would be one term President only!

In my opinion and as we all know everyone has one, but in my opinion, neither Obama nor McCain are Presidential material. However, I strongly feel like McCain is the “lesser of 2 evils”.

There are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to many shady associations on the Obama side. I shudder to think what will happen to our country if he is elected.

I watched last weeks debate and had to ask myself, how did we get here? We need to push for all States to require identification prior to voting. We need to push for all States to only let primary voters, choose a Candidate from their pary affliation. Allowing Republicans to vote in the Dems Primary and vice versa is how we got these 2 clowns anyway.

Last weeks debate should have been Hilliary and Romney. These were the 2 best candidates. I think either Hill or Mitt could have made capable leaders. As it stands we as Americans are going to suffer because neither party truly has their best Candidate running for the highest office in the land.

I urge you all to think about crossing party lines, vote McCain. Give Hill a chance in 2012 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hillary for Senate Majority Leader! Then the presidenacy in 2012!

  • bigwin

Hillary campaigning for Obama today in PA. She will continue to make appearances until Nov. for Obama.

  • Phantom

Look—Our situation is larger than Hillary and Bill. Both of them recognize that Obama:
    1) is involved in shady dealings with radicals, terrorists, and crooks
    2) is on a mission to destroy our country, destroying our way of life
    3) is not qualified by expertise because she said it; Bill said it; Biden said it; Dodd said it; and every exit poll said it even when the cheating, racism, and sexism was so apparent
    4) is not even an American citizen where a) he was born in Kenya; b) and even if he was born in Hawaii, he was born with an allegience to Kenya which he continues to nurture by being active in Kenyan politics.
    5) is not even an American because he lost his American citizenship when his mother married an Indonesian and took on Indonesian citizenship along with Barry Soetoro, a/k/a Barack Obama,Barry Dunham,Barry Obama, and Barack Dunham.
    6) is not capable of proving that he is an American. If fact he lied on his application for IL State Bar when he stated that he has never had any former names.
    7) is a crook who did questionable and unethical acts with Rezko that we know of
    8) is a racist and so is his wife; has fought his life and spoke violently about white Americans blaming them for every problem that “he” sees wrong with America along with his radical associations—-He did say “White man’s greed runs a world in need” and some of his other language in his book is disturbing
    9) and so many other negative attributes—but definitely not who he has invented before the American people

I said this to say, “Why would Hillary and Bill endorse him now or why would they speak on his behalf when he has stolen the primary election from her unlawful, unethical, and and un-American tactics?” I find it hard to fight for someone who has the ability to fight for themselves or stand on the side of what’s right for America. Hillary and Bill are not, and I know that they recognize that Obama will be off the ticket in the coming days because he was not born here, and if he was, it was with dual citizenship, and his citizenship with Kenya and the U.S., if existed, was dissolved when he became a citizen of Indonesia and accepted “Islam” as his religion. If this is not the case, I have a problem with anyone putting their interest above America!!! I am from Arkansas and I have supported Bill and Hillary Clinton all the way, but “I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING THE MESSAGE”. How can either of them even sit in a room with this terrorist. Oh yeah, he is a terrorist…..pot stirrers are terrorists and sometimes the worst kind…Look at his speaches—if you reviewed the thousands of hours since he turned 18, you cannot put together 3 minutes where he shown that he was thankful to be an American, and the reason he hasn’t is because he “isn’t” an American.

My thoughts on this is have some faith; We can’t control the future but we can hope; All we can do is the right thing when we have a chance to make a difference. That’s an easy thing to do when we know the outcome but not so easy when the future is uncertain.
Let’s hope that the vote stealing DNC will go down with Obama; we can have our party back; If that doesn’t happen, I’m going Independent in the sense that I’ll decide which party I want to vote for in the primaries and register then; I will never have my vote taken for granted or taken away as the Democrats did this time around. Don’t vote for Obama or the Super Delegates that let themselves be bought or bullied.
    Throw the BUMS out!
At RallyCongress there is a way to send your Representative and senators a letter or email asking them to try to get the citizenship question setled before the election.

  • Phantom

Let’s hope…but let’s all act!!! What have you learned from this experience? Only you can attest to that, but as for me, I have learned that the DNC is still as crooked as it was in the 1960′s and before—-inequality, threats, dangerous, racists, sexist, and responsible for the poison in our society. In the primaries, Hillary was subjected to racism and sexism, from the Democrat Party. The DNC has promoted hatred in our country even as late as 1964; everyone should rethink their commitment because the party is gone and is now run by and beholden to anti-Americans, and I am not going to fight that fight. I’ll just go back to the RNC where I belong, who has a history of truly fighting against injustice and putting country first. Isn’t it funny that you always see them saluting the flag and being proud of America in good and bad days, but the Dems are quick to point out the bad but will not acknowledge the good; you can’t beat Obama, Reid, Pelosi to the microphone to tell you all the bad things about our government and we can see that they runaway from it when there are positive things to say. Is the DNC really the progressive party, or do they just claim to be? Or is it just concerned with votes, where votes = power? Why is the DNC’s base the anti-Americans and people who want to overthrow the government, like Obama, Ayers, Wright, Pflegar, Farrakhan? Why is the sole issue for women is a woman’s right to choose? Choose what? Whether the child lives or dies, as if it is property and not the way our human race continues!!!! This is not Pro-Life vs. Pro-Choice; it is Pro-Life vs. Pro-Death!!! That’s the harsh reality of the decisions, and I guess that is why “ROE” of Roe V. Wade is pro-life and has lived her life in regret about this case and her decision. If we, as Americans, really want to increase our moral standing in the world again, be have to be moral and define morality as a nation. So, let’s frame the debate in this way, “Pro-Life” vs. “Pro-Death”, with a woman’s right to choose. This stark contrast will allow us, as a nation, to see the reality and maybe curb abortions. But I am not for Obama’s method, where he says, “he doesn’t want his girls punished with a baby for a mistake that they may make”—He is advocating using abortions as an expensive form of contraceptive. Let’s rethink our commitment to the DNC and we can, as almost 20 million, become a force to shape the RNC because I believe in God and standards. That will hurt Howard Dean and the DNC the most!!

  • undecided2008

We must rally together if we want Hillary to run again in 2012. If Obama is voted into office, it could take eight years for him to leave. If this is the case, Hillary will most likely not run. In fact, this article was released “Hillary unlikely to run again” …http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081014/ap_on_el_pr/clinton_s_future

I think she is saying this because she thinks that Obama may win and it will be unlikely that she will be able to run again in 2012 or run successfully.

So, we need to rally those 18 million cracks and the defected ones that have gone to Obama’s side. Our only option is to vote McCain if we want any chance of Hillary running again.

I am not thrilled with Palin being VP, but it’s more important to me that Hillary will be the first woman president!!!!

  • LFforMcCain

I’m sorry some people at the McCain rallies haven’t acted very kindly but honestly, they are maybe 4 or 5 out of thousands. . . and let’s not forget that there are Obama supporters wearing t-shirts with pictures of Palin that say, “Palin is a c*nt” and oh so much worse. So let’s all come together. We need Hillary supporters to come out and vote for McCain and I promise you this, when Hillary gets on the Dem’s ticket in 4 years(!!!) many many many Repubs will be helping YOUR cause! All we need right now is to keep Obama OUT and the only way to do that is to get McCain IN!

  • MJRJ

There are many Obama plants in McCain rallies. Some are screaming hate toward Obama…they are plants to cause racial unrest toward McCain. Several were ousted by police and guards at a McCain rally in Florida and Ohio. The media knows this but refuses to call it what it is…Obama Plants to make McCain look like a rebel rouser and hate monger. Obama has pulled every trick in the book to make McCain look bad. Planting seemingly Obama haters in his townhall meetings is just one of many slimy tricks Obama has pulled.

  • boemery

    Good morning PUMA’s…
How are we feeling today? I’m feeling good about the debate last night. OF COURSE the MSM is spinning for BO, but McCain was great, and illustrated the cracks in BO’s armor. I’m SOOOO sick of the MSM, I’ve got to find an impartial news source, which is, I guess, like saying trying to find a hot ice cube! It’s not over, there is enough time for an October surprise, and let’s hope any and all bombs against BO come out soon. And also, and this is KEY! We need to pray for the stabilization of the Stock Market, for a couple of reasons. First, obviously, is that people are getting hit hard, especially hardworking Americans who’ve saved for years, and are trying to live off of the fruits of their LABOR (and I emphasize the word to contrast with BO’s socialist plan), and are scared, and who can blame them. The other is that if the markets don’t stabilize, then there is no chance for McCain. It’s the economy, and the smooth-talker BO has tricked people into believing his 95% illusion, and it may be too late to wake people up to the reality of what that means. It’s a precious few votes in the ‘balance’ (beyond the fraudulent ACORN’s that is), and it will come down to, I believe, ‘taxes and trust’. McCain made GREAT work of illustrating the differences on these issues between them. So remember, guerilla tactics…call people, volunteer to take people who can’t get there to vote on Nov. 4. BO is using X ‘by any means necessary’ tactics, PUMA’s need to use them too.
    POUNCE!

Wow, that makes me remember when I was in Pennsylvania trying to get Hillary the nomination. A woman came and sat next to me and started asking the kind of questions that so called observers ask here. She kept calling into someone…I remembered telling my friends that I thought Obama might have a plant there but this is before we knew about all of Obama’s other tactics.
Obama had a chance to come clean last night and choose not to; one more instance of bad judgment. How on earth does he think he will achieve unity?

  • babinuta48

McCain is blame for 100% negative campain, what a joke. By asking His rival for coming clean He is beying call dirty, nasty??? What a joke. This is not McCain pass, but His rival, and Media is covering up greatly that dirt behind a possible next President of USA.

I didn’t know where else to put this, and I wanted you to see it. This was from Oct. 13 in the WSJ. Send it to as many as you can. Money talks, and this is the only way we can

    Obama’s 95% Illusion

It depends on what the meaning of ‘tax cut’ is.Article

One of Barack Obama’s most potent campaign claims is that he’ll cut taxes for no less than 95% of “working families.” He’s even promising to cut taxes enough that the government’s tax share of GDP will be no more than 18.2% — which is lower than it is today.

APIt’s a clever pitch, because it lets him pose as a middle-class tax cutter while disguising that he’s also proposing one of the largest tax increases ever on the other 5%. But how does he conjure this miracle, especially since more than a third of all Americans already pay no income taxes at all? There are several sleights of hand, but the most creative is to redefine the meaning of “tax cut.”

For the Obama Democrats, a tax cut is no longer letting you keep more of what you earn. In their lexicon, a tax cut includes tens of billions of dollars in government handouts that are disguised by the phrase “tax credit.” Mr. Obama is proposing to create or expand no fewer than seven such credits for individuals:

    – A $500 tax credit ($1,000 a couple) to “make work pay” that phases out at income of $75,000 for individuals and $150,000 per couple.

    - A $4,000 tax credit for college tuition.

    - A 10% mortgage interest tax credit (on top of the existing mortgage interest deduction and other housing subsidies).

    - A “savings” tax credit of 50% up to $1,000.

    - An expansion of the earned-income tax credit that would allow single workers to receive as much as $555 a year, up from $175 now, and give these workers up to $1,110 if they are paying child support.

    - A child care credit of 50% up to $6,000 of expenses a year.

    - A “clean car” tax credit of up to $7,000 on the purchase of certain vehicles.

Here’s the political catch. All but the clean car credit would be “refundable,” which is Washington-speak for the fact that you can receive these checks even if you have no income-tax liability. In other words, they are an income transfer — a federal check — from taxpayers to nontaxpayers. Once upon a time we called this “welfare,” or in George McGovern’s 1972 campaign a “Demogrant.” Mr. Obama’s genius is to call it a tax cut.

The Tax Foundation estimates that under the Obama plan 63 million Americans, or 44% of all tax filers, would have no income tax liability and most of those would get a check from the IRS each year. The Heritage Foundation’s Center for Data Analysis estimates that by 2011, under the Obama plan, an additional 10 million filers would pay zero taxes while cashing checks from the IRS.

The total annual expenditures on refundable “tax credits” would rise over the next 10 years by $647 billion to $1.054 trillion, according to the Tax Policy Center. This means that the tax-credit welfare state would soon cost four times actual cash welfare. By redefining such income payments as “tax credits,” the Obama campaign also redefines them away as a tax share of GDP. Presto, the federal tax burden looks much smaller than it really is.

The political left defends “refundability” on grounds that these payments help to offset the payroll tax. And that was at least plausible when the only major refundable credit was the earned-income tax credit. Taken together, however, these tax credit payments would exceed payroll levies for most low-income workers.

It is also true that John McCain proposes a refundable tax credit — his $5,000 to help individuals buy health insurance. We’ve written before that we prefer a tax deduction for individual health care, rather than a credit. But the big difference with Mr. Obama is that Mr. McCain’s proposal replaces the tax subsidy for employer-sponsored health insurance that individuals don’t now receive if they buy on their own. It merely changes the nature of the tax subsidy; it doesn’t create a new one.

There’s another catch: Because Mr. Obama’s tax credits are phased out as incomes rise, they impose a huge “marginal” tax rate increase on low-income workers. The marginal tax rate refers to the rate on the next dollar of income earned. As the nearby chart illustrates, the marginal rate for millions of low- and middle-income workers would spike as they earn more income.

Some families with an income of $40,000 could lose up to 40 cents in vanishing credits for every additional dollar earned from working overtime or taking a new job. As public policy, this is contradictory. The tax credits are sold in the name of “making work pay,” but in practice they can be a disincentive to working harder, especially if you’re a lower-income couple getting raises of $1,000 or $2,000 a year. One mystery — among many — of the McCain campaign is why it has allowed Mr. Obama’s 95% illusion to go unanswered.

I have come to this site as a Republican woman asking PUMAs to do something that I know is painful: vote against your party. Hillary and John McCain have worked together in the Senate. They both know how to do bipartisan compromise. If McCain can win — and he absolutely cannot to it without your help — Hillary can be a powerful voice in the Senate to remind a Republican president that he needs to keep his bipartisan ideals alive and working for all Americans.

I have looked at the issues that the formerly “mainstream” media is hiding about Obama. Things are a lot worse than most Americans know. Obama is supposedly going to protect this country from terrorism and he began his campaign in a terrorist home. But we’re supposed to think that Ayers is “just a professor” and that our real enemy is Joe the Plumber who just asked a question, for cryin’ out loud! Are citizens not allowed to question candidates now?

What next. I know — I know for a fact — that Hillary would never have stood by while the media started “investigating” a citizen for asking a question. But as soon as Joe’s question — no, really it was Obama’s answer — because a problem for the candidate — the Toledo Blade was checking Joe out looking for dirt. And the rest of the media jumped on board.

Hillary said she’d fight for all Americans, and it’s now more than ever that we need her to fight for this country — and we need her supporters in the Democratic party to rescue us from the Mystery President who is too special to be vetted.

I wrote on my blog that I was wrong about Hillary. Find that here:
    http://antiarianna.wordpress.com/2008/10/18/my-apology-to-hillary-supporters/

Please accept my apology, Hillary supporters! Please, and I’m speaking as one ordinary citizen, please rescue this country from Obama-style Socialism. How I wish Hillary were the Dem nominee now! At least if my party lost, I’d feel that America is safe.

Hillary Dems are this country’s last bastion. The country is counting on you. You can make the whole difference. It would take a big sacrifice on your part, but you’ll give your candidate another chance in four years and you’ll save the rest of us along the way.

How I hope we can count on you!

  • rdunton

Are you kidding me? I couldn’t believe that this site of people so angered about Hillary losing the nomination to Obama even existed? So you people would rather whine about Hillary losing the nomination and even vote for someone that stood against most of the views that Hillary has. Hillary even wants her supporters to support Barack Obama against John McCain. Some of you must be out of your minds to support John McCain for president.

Have you ever heard of the phrase “cut off your nose to spite your face.” So you would rather have 4 more years of trickle-down economics where the rich get richer, the poor get poorer, and the middle-class slowly gets eliminated. You would rather have four more years of war in Iraq instead of getting the troops out of Iraq, which Hillary and Obama both want. I guarantee you that McCain will not withdraw the troops from Iraq. You would rather have Osama bin Laden free to roam the globe, because the Republicans want to fight a war in Iraq and he is in Afghanistan and Pakistan as both Obama and Biden have correctly mentioned.

  • rdunton

Another news flash for you. People like who Sarah Palin is as a person. they just don’t think she is qualified. Can any of you tell me that Sarah Palin will not beat Hillary if she ran against her?

Since she is going to be vice president for four years if you vote McCain, don’t you think she is going to be considered more knowledgeable when she runs for President. Like I said in the other posting, if you vote for John McCain, you will “cut off your nose to spite your face” Think about it.

In addition, as an added “benefit?” you get more tax breaks for the rich, more trickle-down economics (aka triple-dumb economics) instead of the trickle-up economic system which works, and at least four more years in the country of Iraq. Osama bin Laden will be free to roam the planet, since the Republicans are more interested in war in Iraq than going after the terrorist who led the 9/11 massacre of thousands of American lives. Instead, the Republicans would rather loose thousands more lives fighting a war that didn’t need to be fought. Now, we have John McCain “joking” about bombing Iran. I don’t think so.

  • badlybehaved

Speaking for myself, I find your rather shallow interpretation of who posts on this site typical. We at this site are united in not voting for Obama. Do you really think anyone would change their mind because Sarah might beat Hillary? Frankly rdunton, we had just a hint of who ‘the man behind the curtain” was during the primaries. Most of us have done extensive research on him since and I believe that if you did too; you would be equally horrified. Unless of course, you want to give up on Democracy. For starters go to Palestra and see how Obama’s workers are “establishing residency” in Ohio and voting there. Then come back here and consider that our concerns are legitimate. I think an ignorant voter is reprehensible.
In this election, the media has proven itself to be even more disgraceful than usual. Voters need to seek out the truth.

  • eringobragh924

badlybehaved, I come across your posts on other websites, and I really appreciate what you have said. I read Phantom’s comments today for the first time and agree wholeheartedly. Obama does not want the best for America. I have seen not one iota of evidence proving otherwise. Why has he not once said “voter fraud is wrong”, or something to that effect? Because he wants it to benefit him! I really wish our choice was Hillary vs. McCain, even though I would not have voted for her, I at least think her heart WAS in the right place. Now, I’m not so sure. She knows what he is about, yet she continues to support him. Have you all checked out http://www.wewillnotbesilenced2008.com ? Maybe you should. Remember, we don’t just “share the wealth” with socialism, we share the misery too. It’s worked out so well in Cuba, Germany, Russia, etc…

  • MJRJ

babinuta48, I agree. I would never vote for Hillary again because of the way she and Bill are so big on supporting Obama now. Obama ridiculed Bill and Hillary but bragged on Ronald Reagan and even compared himself to Reagan (of course, he compared himself to Abe Lincoln and John Kennedy too). He all but said Bill Clinton was one of the worst presidents in history. I no longer respect Hillary, I know most of you will say she had no choice but to campaign for Obama, I just don’t see it that way. I do believe if Obama is elected president he will be another Jimmy Carter, a one term president. The country is such a mess now the next president cannot do much to right all the mess George Bush has made. If the next president can’t undo this mess he will be blamed, especially if it’s Obama and a majority Democratic Congress and Senate. I predict that after four years of a Democratic presidency and a Democratic Congress and Senate majority (if this country isn’t doing great) it will end the Democratic party for years to come. People will flock to vote for any Republican just like they did after Jimmy Carter. Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid hasn’t exactly done a great job, not even a good job. Why would they do any better job with Obama at the top? The American people are fickle at best they will blame all of George Bush’s screw ups on the current political party. I voted for McCain in early voting and hope for the best. As someone else said, he is the lesser of two evils.

They pushed our decision out of the way – like we didn’t matter.

Well we do matter and we do have choice and when we pick our candidate – it is our decision, not Mickey Mouse’s, dead people, dogs, Football players -ours.

“They choose a candidate that may not even be an American citizen, who has strong ties to muslims, terrorists groups, ACORN, Freddie and Fannie and above all else NO EXPERIENCE.”

Wow, it is now a liability for an American president to have “strong ties to Muslims”? I would have thought that having “strong ties” to all religions would be valuable, especially to the religion practiced in the parts of the world where America needs to most express is influence.

You guys are excellent at repeating Republican talking points. But do you really intend to import Republican racism and Islamophobia into the Democratic party?

  • Palin2012

A plea to Democrats from a person you would most likely despise.

The Clintons, though I do not believe in their politics, have always been pragmatists first and democrats second (that’s why the media destroyed Hillary in the primaries). The Clintons have wanted to affect the Country in a positive way, even if their inner motivations are reputation, not patriotism. They to a point represent what the Democrat party used to be Higher taxes maybe, but limited government absolutely.

If they new socialist Democrats are elected in numbers that leave them with a filibuster proof majority, this will be bad for all Americans (throughout history socialization of government has never increased GDP). No one ideology should ever have control over a country. Even more important is that if the Marxist Barack Obama is elected House and Senate Democrats will as all politicans do vote the party line and change our country for a generation.

Some Democrats are good politicians and have the peoples best interest in mind (mostly Texas Democrats), but if the corrupt democratic leadership including Nancy Pelosi and Barney Frank in the House and Harry Reid and Chris Dodd in the Senate have uncontested power in congress they will continue to rain down destruction on the economy.

Please support Balance and please elect as many conservatives to congress as you can this November.

P.S. If you challange the Obama is a Marxist I ask only that you please listen to his words.
