… and another famous P.U.M.A, Donald Trump endorses McCain/Palin…

Oh boy, this is really getting even more interesting. Who would have thunk it? It seems Donald Trump is a P.U.M.A… Amazing isn’t it?

Anyway, here’s Donald talking to Greta Van Susteren about why he now backs McCain after having supported Hillary…

It is amazing how P.U.M.As everywhere see the same things, whether they live in the Appalachian mountains or in a penthouse on 5th Avenue…

Here we go:

VAN SUSTEREN: You say he’s a talented guy. You have now formally endorsed him. I know that last spring that you stayed a little bit out of it, and you donated some money to Senator Clinton. But now have you gone “On the Record” that Senator John McCain is your guy?

… So I endorsed John McCain. I’ve known him for a long time. He’s a brilliant guy, and I think he’ll be a great president.

VAN SUSTEREN: Why do you think Senator Obama did not pick Senator Clinton as his running mates? And I don’t mean to take from Senator Biden.

TRUMP: Well, I don’t want to take from Senator Biden either, because he’s a good man and he’s a good guy, from what everyone tells me, although I don’t know him.

But he ran for office, and when he ran for office he got very few votes. He got less than one percent of the vote. And Hillary Clinton ran for office, and she probably got more than 50 percent of the vote. So it’s a little bit of a strange situation how, she didn’t get the nomination to start off with.

But she ran and she got at least 50 percent of the vote. So you would have certainly thought that he would have picked Hillary Clinton, and I think it would be much different poll numbers.

Right now the polls are even, and in some polls, I guess McCain is leading. I think if you chose Hillary Clinton you might not have that. But he decided not to do that.

VAN SUSTEREN: Why not? What’s your theory?

TRUMP: I guess he didn’t get along with her. I guess he didn’t like her. I guess he felt uncomfortable with her and Bill. And I can tell you- I know both of them, and they’re fantastic people, fantastic people, and they’ve already proven to be good team players.

Because she took a lot of abuse, in my opinion. I think she was pretty badly abused in that campaign.

    If you believe John McCain (or any candidate for that matter) when they say they ARE NOT going to raise taxes in 2009 you either A) stupid, B) an idiot, or C)…………
    just a damn fool!

    I am so sick of people saying “I’m voting for McCain because Obama is going to raise taxes!” NEWSFLASH PEOPLE!! In 2009, YOUR TAXES ARE GOING UP A YONDER! No matter WHO gets in office. We owe like every country that is able to lend money, and there are people that actually think that John McCain will not raise taxes? REALLY?

    So lets see, we have a billion dollar a day war that the republicans are not going to end, they’re going to bail out greedy ass financial institutions at $85 bil a pop, and they’re not going to raise taxes??????????? Like my son says “YEAH….RIGHT……OK!”

    How in the hell else do they plan to pay down this gazillion, jillion, trillion, debt? That by the way is the highest EVER!

    So like I said if you believe that you’re either A,B, or C and you should really do us all a favor and NOT vote because you have no clue what’s going on with our economy, or naive, or just A,B, or C!

    Since Trump is friends with the Clintons, doesn’t it kinda make you wonder if maybe Bill and Hillary are secretly glad that Trump came out and said this? Trump sure was right-on with his remarks….

    One4Justice – I couldn’t agree with you more. I would never count the Clinton’s out. Hillary (although playing by the rules) will never forget how Obama dissed her, and Bill will never forget how the Obama team labeled him a racist.

    Rule No. 1 – Don’t ever piss a Clinton off.

    I supported Hillary. Now I support Obama as I know Hillary doesn’t want to see our country go downhill. I have a photo with Bill Clinton at the debates. Trump and Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild don’t care about you and me–they are rich and care about their own rich assets. Come on PUMAS–get over it and vote Obama.

    We need a woman in office who has intelligence and who shares our views which is NOT Palin. So whatever your tactic is for getting Hillary into office in 4 years–that’s great. But meanwhile, don’t let our country go downhill for the sake of your revengeful political ways.
