Lawdy… And yet another Obama Crony Is Hauled off 2 Jail…

September 4, 2008 by PUMA Pundit

Let’s see, Obama sure does have the judgement to lead… a lifestyle where he is surrounded by people who are simply not the kind of people that most sensible people would associate with.

As of this morning, the mayor of the nation’s 11th largest city, Detroit, Kwame Kilpatrick pleaded guilty to a pair of felony obstruction charges and will step down after months of defiantly holding onto his job based on encouragement of people like Barack Obama.

Kwame Kilpatrick

So what exactly did Kilpatrick allegedly do?

Well, how about assaulting a police officer (I guess since Biden isn’t his daddy, he couldn’t get away with it) and lying under oath for starters?

As part of the deal, Kwame is to serve four months in jail and five years of probation. He also will pay $1 million in restitution over the five-year probationary period.

Here we have Senator Comrade  Obama talking about how (despite the controversy surrounding him) Kilpatrick is going to be doing “Outstanding things for years to come, and how he is grateful to call him a friend and colleague”

Posted by AD76

Exit Question: How long before Obama says “This is not the Kwame Kilpatrick I thought I knew” or something along these lines?

Birds of a feather flock together!

I was born in Detroit Memorial Hospital, when Mayor Coleman Young became the first black mayor he told all of us “white folks to move North of 8 mile”….and we did. Since that time, the city has been on a downslide ever since.

This current Mayor was listed numerous times as either the Worst Mayor or one of the Worst Mayors in the United States by news oulets.

Additioanlly, the below was noted as well

In a city where more than 80 percent of its 900,000 residents is black, Kilpatrick could be key in pushing voter turnout for the black presidential candidate. The black mayor acknowledged as much Friday and repeated his support for Obama.

“I’ve had numerous conversations with Senator Obama,” he said. “We have a very good relationship.”

Thank God I don’t live in that state anymore, they have a socialistic Governor (from Canada) and this moron for a Mayor!

You want to talk scandals? Um… okay.

    Jack Abramoff
    Tom Delay
    Bush
    Cheney
    Libby
    The Keating Five (Hello, McCain!)
    Alberto Gonzalez
    Ted Stevens (Hello, palin!)
    Larry Craig
    Duke Cunningham
    Donald Rumsfield

They lied to the Amercican people. They lied to the UN. They’re lying about Barack’s record, and Palin’s.

You want to go down the scandal road, Republicans lose in the worst way.

For a pundit with her antennae extended so very far, I’d think you would have picked up the racial overtone of your headline’s phrasing.

…but the fact is you don’t seem to be a very careful thinker. It’s clear from the flailing which passes for arguments here that you haven’t even considered the ideas or policy positions of any of the candidates — including Ms. Clinton’s.

Future generations of women will have you to blame when the McCain administration guts Roe v. Wade and meaningful sex education, ignores gender equality in the workplace and otherwise extends the catastrophic policies of the past eight years.

  7. jwl6 on September 4th, 2008 2:31 pm

Clearly you were a Hillary supporter.

You want to talk the last 8 years or should I start going back over the past hundred, as you just did? Chappaquitic? Are you fucking serious?

I could start with Watergate or Iran-Contra or Iraq or Valerie Plame, but I have better things to do than argue with a guy name SPARKY.

  8. Sparky on September 4th, 2008 3:16 pm

jwl6 - you are really getting testy lately…what’s the matter, did the big bad wolf hurt your feelings?

Yes, I am sure you do have better things to do than to argue with a person named Sparky, so why don’t you take your own advise and go.

Obviously, my responses must have you intrigued, hence the continuous responses back.

    Bye bye!

  9. Sparky on September 4th, 2008 3:17 pm

Correction - lest you feel the need to correct me:

so why don’t you take your own advice and go.

Let me get in this ’school yard’ session…. There are enough stupid asses on BOTH sides of any legislative body. If this is the extent of your analysis… “who has the dumbest jerks,” no wonder they can constantly rob the general public by lying and cheating. I used to be a Democrat, got tired of their BS and no desire for responsibility or accountability. Switched to GOP, got all this winner take all crap and more self-serving BS. Now, I’m Independent, and vote the best one for the job. And it is usually a choice between the lessor of two crappy choices! Neither, group is really for the public, for the most part, because they CAN’T be —- we all want to have the most stuff, but DON’T want the BILL. We’ve all gone to places and SEEN some Asshole, eat and drink the most and then try to stiff the weakest with the bill. The problem now is ain’t many punks around who don’t know when they’re being taken advantage of (thank you Internet!). Why do you suppose there is always talk of regulating it. It’s the new “Ban the Book’s” idea for modern times. The general population are not fooled completely, anymore. Less, and less, are going along with too much of the BS. You all are engaging in an electronic pissing-match and nothing more. You ever notice how some persons go into elected office and come out rich? Guess how: insider’s knowledge! Stuff that everyday (poorly educated Joe’s and Janes, and Shontell’s, Rico’s) don’t get! You get ripped whether you’re poor (white/black/yellow), THEY could care less about you. Read “the World is Flat” and “Lexus and the Olive Tree” so you can wake up and get out of these silly pissing matches. These competitions are promoted for your distraction, you just don’t know it…

  11. Topper on September 14th, 2008 12:24 pm

Oh, That You Tube video with Obama/Kilpatrick was from a meeting they had before ANY of the Kwame BS every came to light! Tell the truth about this is not possible, huh? Or do your homework! Obama wasn’t at the PARTY (and there was a Party) where Carlita got into a fight. That, too, will come out…. I’m a resident of Detroit and want the bum out (and I did vote for him the first term). Unfortunately, he turned out to be a real horse ass! What’s next? Some other joker’s are already lining up to feed at the public ATM. As always.
