PUMA CALL TO ACTION !!
August 18, 2008 by Will Bower
PUMAs!
Yes, we’ve been told that Hillary’s name will be placed into nomination…
…but now we need to help make sure that that actually happens… and that it MATTERS !!
First, we need to let Hillary know (in a heartfelt and respectful manner) that we want her to retain her delegates… and that we do *not* want her to discourage them from voting for her!:

Next, we need to contact Phil McNamara (Director of Party Affairs and Delegate Selection) and (respectfully but firmly) “ask” that the delegate voting process be a *fair* and *legitimate* one!:

Finally, for more information on these matters, please read Heidi Li Feldman’s latest articles at:

Senator Obama’s candidacy may violate the U.S. Constitution. Please look into the details of his purported birth in Hawaii.
Two things in particular stand out. First, more and more incoming e-mails are claiming that the birth certificate posted on the Daily Kos web site, and sanctioned by Sen. Obama’s Democratic Organization to refute charges of impropriety, is in fact fraudulent.
Secondly, under the U.S. Constitution, the Senator’s mother would have had to be a U.S. resident for at least ten (10) years, five (5) of which after the age of sixteen (16), prior to his birth, yet she was only eighteen (18) years of age when he was born!
Is it not ironic that the Media is filled with stories questioning the eligible ages of some young Chinese women Olympians but not a word about two claims, either of which, if true, would make Sen. Obama ineligible to seek the highest office in the Land ? Trophies or Truthful leadership credentials…which matters more to the Media ? More importantly. which matters more to our citizens ?
Please investigate this situation and help bring the truth to light quickly. That’s all we ask-Truth.
Thank you for your kind response to this request.
Puma people, don’t give up. Obama will lose this election for the Dems. Hillary has what it takes to lead, to take on McCain and to gain the confidence of voters.
Please investigate this upcoming documentary. The information about this documentary was posted on a pro Hillary site.

The Democratic party has a long history of selecting nominees that do not represent the majority of Americans in this country, despite having core principles that tend to benefit those very Americans. Once again, despite factors swinging to favor Democrats, our party seems destined to choose a losing candidate.
The fatally-flawed caucus system essentially throws the core value of “one person, one vote” under the bus, and it apparently has been manipulated to advantage Obama over Hillary Clinton.
Clinton Democrats have been sounding the alarm since Iowa about the manipulation of the process and where it would lead. The super delegate system was created in order to avert disaster in case the nominating system produced a candidate with no chance of winning. Of course, that system was created with the hope that integrity, principles and backbone would rule the day and delegates might vote their conscience. Fat chance.
We have not given up on Hillary’s chances at the convention for a meaningful roll call vote. However, if past actions are an indication of future outcomes, the die may already be cast.
We will not quit fighting. Whatever the outcome in Denver, we will carry on. Our transformation to activist is complete. There are huge challenges ahead and we, the (unpaid) lobbyists for the American people, have an important role in the future of this country.
We may not have the big hairy dollars of corporate America, but we still have our votes. Let’s spend them wisely. Stay involved and pledge to only support candidates that represent you…and pledge to toss out the legislators that do not.
“I raise this objection to debate the process, and protect the integrity of the true will of the people. ”

I want to share a letter I just sent Senator Harry Reid in response to his asking for support and contributions through the DCCC:
You know, I like Joe Biden, I really do. But I really have a problem with what may be Obama’s total dismissal of women voters and the 18.6 million voters who voted for Hillary, and I was not one of those. I
am glad that on January 29, I still had the opportunity to vote for John Edwards and was able to vote from the heart. I thought I could close my eyes and vote for Obama because we can’t afford more of the
same with McCain. But more and more I realize that for me there is a greater issue. The party and Obama count on our wanting Democrats to retake the White House so badly, that we will look the other way as they manipulate and control this election via super delegates and totally dismiss the candidate that had the larger of the popular vote. There is something about that, that just grinds my insides to mincemeat.
It is something that makes me want to scream to the Democratic Party and party leaders like you: “You cannot ignore the people of this country! If you think you can, then you party leaders and super delegates help Obama beat McCain without us!” Obama picking anyone but Clinton, is clearly saying: ” What the other half of the voting population wanted doesn’t matter to me….I can win without her and will win with anyone but her!”
I have agonized over this, daily for months now, and just when I think I can do the “smart” thing and bring us victory, I find, for me, and for all 22 voting members of my family, it is not the right thing for us to do. We want our votes to mean something and watching the RBC, super delegates (many of whom received pact money from Obama, so in essence they “sold “ their vote)and now, having Obama thumb his nose at Clinton voters, I know our votes don’t mean a thing. It is time that the Democratic Party, its
leaders, and however many super delegates and party leaders there are, that you can’t beat republicans without us, so you better start listening, this will keep happening. You take our support for granted, a given that allows you to do whatever you like and get away with it. I can’t go along with that. There is a much greater, long term issue at stake here, than winning the
White House, a first step toward election reform! First, we have to rid our congress of all those like you and others who ignore the will of the people on every issue….to that end, millions of us will be working. I am 65 years old, I have been a voting democrat for 46 years…the Democratic Party no longer represents the needs of my family, from it’s election processes to illegal immigration, you all thumb your noses at the citizens of this country and work only at fulfilling your own self serving agendas! The Democratic
Party has become just as corrupt and manipulative as the Republican Party. Through this latest affront, you have accomplished one thing: We are now more than ever, united against all of you…it is time for a new party that really represents the people of this country and to that end, millions of us will move forward looking to 2012 or 2016…for us, this election is over!
Hillary Clinton may feel a need to fall in line politically, but we don’t!

Heres the problem hillary doesnt want you to vote for her-not now! she wants you to vote for obama. if you belive hillary was the better casndidate and knew what to do-how to fix this country than listen to her. when edwards didnt win you didnt hear his supporters whining about it! why are you hillary has said in public that the puma ppl are not doing whats good for the country listen to her if you thought she knew more. by not listening to your candidate(hillary) you are contradidting yourself.
Can someone here please tell me which policies Hillary favors that Obama doesn’t that would cause you to vote for McCain? Are there any of Hillary’s policies that McCain supports and Obama doesn’t?
Clearly, your antagonism toward Obama has little to do with policy. You all need to get over yourselves and grow up! If you don’t want to snarl your way into overturning Roe v. Wade, then you better figure out quickly which presidential candidate agrees with Hillary on about 98% of the issues, and which one would send women’s rights back into the stone age.
At this point, your refusal to even follow your leader’s advice and get behind Obama can be seen as nothing more than a tantrum. And it is incredibly selfish. I want you to think about this: My daughter’s rights are waiting for you to get over yourselves and DO THE RIGHT THING.
Sheesh.
