Can we contribute to a lawsuit by PUMA against a State Sec of State demanding Obama’s name be taken off the ballot because he is not a citizen. The fake birth cert on KOS and Obama’s “smear fighting” web page do not have the require seal and have the “wrong” (as in illogical) date of issue.
We do not need to “prove it a fake” since that is impossible under Hawaiian law anyway unless you are the person named - others can not get access to the files.
Obama must provide a Birth Cert. that has the seal on the back. If he can not do so, or refuses to do so, he must withdraw from the race.
I would think a law suit could be filed as a “voter” to demand a state request a valid Birth Cert before listing someone as running for President. From a repost at CapitalHillForum:
“Speculation in the blogosphere and mainstream media is rampant that the concealment is for one or more of the following reasons:
1. There is no proof that Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961.
2. The father listed on the birth certificate is not Barack Hussein Obama.
3. The father’s race is listed as something other than African, perhaps Muslim or Arab.
4. The mother was no longer at that time an American citizen.
5. The child’s name is not listed as Barack Hussein Obama II.”

Why does a Daily Kos Diary writer, Democratic Party activist, and Obama supporter have two fake Hawaii Certifications of Live Birth posted to his Photobucket.com image album? Perhaps Jay Mckinnon, who appears on numerous progressive blogs under the screen name opendna and describes himself as a former federal officer and trained document expert for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) can explain the forged documents. One of the forgeries is appropriately labeled “Haye I.B. Aphorgerie” under CHILD’S NAME and the other is blank except for the same time (7:24PM) and Island of Birth (Oahu) as found on Obama’s suspect Certification of Live Birth. These forged documents were discovered in his photobucket.com album shortly after Daily Kos posted the alleged Obama Certification. Particularly interesting is the fact that neither of these fake documents displays the reversed time stamp found on the proffered Obama alleged Certification. The mostly blank certificate is thus perfect for the creation of a forgery. What follows below raises the question: is there a link between these forged documents and Barack Obama’s Certification of Live Birth posted at Daily Kos and on the Obama Campaign Website?
As a former broadcast news director and investigative journalist, I am cognizant of the importance of full documentation. So, in spite the fact that it may make reading this a little tedious, I am providing links to all of the information which follows. And, because of the tendency of things to disappear on the Internet, I have taken screenshots of each website which include properties boxes denoting the date and link of each item.
Let’s start with the forged Hawaii Certifications of Live Birth, which, as of 8am on June 26, 2008 still appeared in opendna’s photobucket.com album:
I have just become a Puma. It feels great to join this great group of Hillary backers. I made a contribution to retire her debt. It is the first time I have contributed to any campaign. I am listening to Fox News right now and they keep saying the Hillary people will most likely come back. They just don’t know how strongly we are uniting. I will not come back until the Democrats stop rigging the nominating process to let the people decide who we want as our candidate.

I wonder if my Governor is either really trying to embarass Obama or he is a fool. I do believe he is totally loyal to the Clintons. I also know that he is way to good of a Politican to have made the mistake of telling reporters what Obama said about not needing the people but needing the checks. I hope Rendell knows that we do not intend to vote for that fool. I respected Rendell and now I am not sure what I feel about him. I wish I knew rather or not he was really doing the UNITY thing. I have a feeling its about getting even for the Clintons.
